SHI VMware Customer Success Manager in Austin, Texas

Job Summary

The VMware Customer Success Manager is responsible fortheacquisition, retention, and growth of SHI VMware business.TheVMwareCustomer Success Manager will collaborate closely with SHI sellers to establish strong relationships with VMware sellers and leaders, as well as maintain positive connections with top customers within their assigned coverage area.Theywill meet with select customers each month, helping them with various aspects of the VMware environment, including optimizing their VMware investments, lifecycle management of any VMware Enterprise Licensing Agreements, and ensuring a positive customer experience with SHI.

This position is required to report to the SHI Austin, TX office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities

Include, but not limited to:

  • Managing the customer experience through monthly meetings around products, licensing, and renewals.

  • Executing against givenvitalperformance indicators,including customer retention, growth ofcustomers'business, acquisition of new VMWare customers, and selling VMware services.

  • Working with SHI sales to ensure theyreviewVMware Roadmaps with stakeholders within the customer.

  • Partnering with the VMware organization to co-sell effectively across a targeted list of customers.

  • Continuous learning and development on new product technology offerings,VMware-specificofferings and programs, and SHI VMware service offerings.

  • Assistingin training SHI Enterprise Sales on VMware products & programs and how customers canbenefitfromtheir core products.

Qualifications

  • 2+yearsofSales experiencerequired

  • 2+ years of experience working with VMware productsrequired

  • Bachelor'sDegreerequired

Required Skills

  • Superior organizational skills and project/time management abilities

  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills

  • Strong process orientation and mindset

  • Excellentcommunicationskills withtheability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiplefunctions

  • Ability to navigate and manage C-Suite relationships within a B2B salesenvironment

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Account Executives, Account Managers, and salesteams

  • Deep understanding of VMware products, licensing, services, and renewal strategies

Certifications Required

  • VMware certificationspreferred

  • Travel asdeterminedby SHI Management

Additional Information

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $140,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
